All orders will be processed during business day (Monday - Friday except Malaysia public holidays). Once the payment is confirmed, goods will be shipped out within 1 - 2 business days if all the items available in stock.
Delivery Policy
- Order received and payment is confirmed before 12pm GMT+08:00 goods will be shipped on the same day. Otherwise, it will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery might be postponed due to availability of the goods, courier service problems, technical, or resources problem without prior notice. Please make a note in your order form if goods are urgent to you.
- If the goods do not available within 14 days, Figureline2u.com will refund back equivalent value of coupon for your next purchase.
- If goods return back to Figureline2u.com due to invalid address, contact number or undeliverable location (PO Boxes), sender is require to bear the resending cost. We apologize for any inconvenience cause.
Shipping Charges
If purchase 5 items and above and shipping address is within Malaysia region, shipping cost is waived . Applicable within Malaysia purchase only.
Import Duty and Taxes
