If you are not satisfied with your purchase at Figureline2u.com, please write an email to return@figureline2u.com within 7 calendar days for local purchases or 14 calendar days for oversea purchases from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Please note that figureline2u.com does not accept or offer refund for any item returned with the following conditions:

• Wrapper removed or box/item opened  (unless is manufacturing defect).
• Not retained in original packaging condition.
• Used item.
• Free gift.

All returned items eligible for refunds will be reimbursed with coupons of equivalent value usable for your next purchase. The coupons are based on the item's selling price excluding shipping cost incurred for the returns. We do not offer any cash refund. All returns are handled case by case basis.

If receive a good which is not your purchase, please inform us immediately and send the item back to us. Figureline2u.com will reimburse the delivery fee as coupon with a valid shipment document as evidence.

Figureline2u.com recommends that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either insure your package for safe return to Figureline2u.com or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
